APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT
Oberer Management Services is seeking an experienced apartment leasing consultant for our beautiful community in the Miamisburg area. Will be responsible for activities related to leasing and resident management for the assigned community. Recent experience in apartment leasing desired; prior experience in hospitality or sales of any kind will give you first consideration. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and own transportation. Full time, includes some weekends. Hourly rate plus commissions and incentive bonus. Oberer Management Services is seeking several highly-skilled, experienced apartment maintenance technicians for our apartment communities in and around the Dayton area, in Beavercreek/Kettering, and in Sharonville -- also in Columbus/Hilliard. As part of a maintenance team, you will be responsible for unit turnovers, general maintenance, grounds maintenance, and after-hour emergency calls. Requires a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in apartment/residential community maintenance, or equivalent experience in trades/construction, valid driver's license & good driving record. Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation (truck preferred). Technical abilities including but not limited to simple carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, and electrical.
