New Home Selections Specialist
Oberer Homes is seeking a sales driven candidate interested in assisting our sales team with administrative tasks as well as assisting customers with their selection process. In this role you will support our new home sales consultant in helping with paperwork, scheduling appointments, following up with sales leads, meeting with customers throughout the building process and also meeting with customers to help them choose selections for their new home. Must be willing to work weekends and some evenings when appointments are requested. Future potential of being promoted to a new home sales consultant managing your own community. Sales experience preferred. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and good driving record required.
NEW HOME SALES ASSISTANT
Just what you’re looking for! Oberer Homes is seeking a part-time sales assistant to support the new home sales consultant at our lovely communities in the Centerville/Washington Township/Sugarcreek areas. 10 – 15 hours per week, includes some weekends. Duties include meeting and greeting new home prospects, demonstrating the home, answering customer questions, computer data input and admin/clerical tasks. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, previous sales or customer service experience, and will be computer literate. Hourly rate plus bonus.
