Statement

To Our Valued Residents

Oberer Management services continues to closely monitor the ongoing developments with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to following the direction and protocols provided by our local, state federal government in regard to operating our communities. The safety and well-being of our residents and employees remain our top priority. While there is little that we can do to control the spread or cure the virus, we want to be proactive regarding this health challenge. Out of an overabundance of caution, and per the recommendations from the CDC and local and state agencies, we are taking the necessary appropriate steps to help mitigate the spreading of the virus.

FOR NOW, MOST OF OUR OFFICES ARE CLOSED TO VISITORS BUT ARE OPEN FOR PRE-SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS; HOWEVER, WE WILL BE OFFERING THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS FOR LEASING TOURS:

  • IN-PERSON TOURS BY APPOINTMENT.  PLEASE CALL THE LEASING OFFICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
  • SELF SHOWINGS BY APPOINTMENT
  • VIRTUAL TOURS BY CALLING THE COMMUNITY DIRECTLY AT THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE.

Our amenity spaces have been arranged and modified to comply with social distancing regulations, where possible.  Some communities may have limited or no access to amenities based on the ability to comply with local or state requirement.

Our laundry rooms are available for use, and we ask that all residents comply with social distancing requirements and follow the published rules in each laundry area.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updated information as it becomes available.  If you have questions about your community or a community in which you would like to live, please contact them directly using the contact information provided on the community website accessible from the top menu of this page.

If you have a question about paying your rent or are unable to pay your rent, please contact your community manager or leasing office directly and we will be happy to help find the resources or best solution to helping you maintain your housing.

Additional Steps

In addition to steps we are taking as it relates to resident services, we also wanted to keep you aware of steps that you can take to help us all make our community as safe as possible for all neighbors and residents.

Avoid Mass Gatherings

Avoid gatherings of more than 10 people in common areas throughout the community. Whenever possible, maintain a distance of approximately 6 feet/2 meters from others.

Hand Washing

Wash your hands anytime you enter from outdoors, before you eat, and before you spend time with people who are more vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19, including older adults and those with serious/chronic medical conditions.

Avoid Non-Essential Locations

This includes pools, lounges, resident common areas, and fitness centers. For deliveries, please limit to essential items only.

Stay Informed

Get up-to-date information about local COVID-19 activity from local health officials Be aware of temporary school dismissals in your area, as this may affect your household’s daily routine.

Stay home if you are sick. Stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms. If a member of your household is sick, stay home from school and work to avoid spreading COVID-19 to others. If your children are in the care of others, urge caregivers to watch for COVID-19 symptoms.
