Lisa Sharritts joined Oberer Management Services in November of 2021, as Regional Manager.  As a veteran of the property management industry, she come with experience in student, affordable and multi-family properties. 

Lisa’s responsible for overseeing a portfolio of eight properties. She supports, encourages, and coaches her teams to maximize revenues, analyze their budgets and unlocking her team’s potential to exceed in their own performance.  She does this by ensuring her team is provided with continuous training, development, and implementing policies & procedures to meet ownership’s financial goals and performance objectives.  You can expect 100% effort when working with Lisa. 

 Lisa has received her National Apartment Designation for Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and will taking her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) test in July.
