Maggy Wood serves as Affordable Housing Administrator at Oberer Management Services, joining the company in November 2025. She brings more than 25 years of property management experience, with a strong and specialized focus on Affordable Housing and LIHTC communities.  

Throughout her career, Maggy has developed extensive expertise in compliance, operations, and long-term asset performance within affordable housing portfolios. Her depth of knowledge, hands-on experience, and passion for the industry provide exceptional focus and leadership in advancing the OMS vision of delivering value while fostering strong, connected communities. Maggy is committed to supporting residents, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across every community she serves.

Maggy holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) designation from the National Center for Housing Management, she is also a commissioned Ohio Notary Public.
